TUG & BUSTER COMIC BOOKS
(all issues in print, $2.95 each)
TUG & BUSTER #1: "BABE QUEST"
Tug and Buster burn rubber in the Tugmobile (okay...Mom's station
wagon) as they head out on the town "cruisin'
for babes"! In an ironic twist of fate, they actually "score"
(with hilarious results) much to the subsequent dismay of two hapless,
unsuspecting young women. The sexual shenanigans culminate in a thrilling
climax, but not everybody ends up smoking a cigarette! Also: the debut
of Victim Victoria.
TUG & BUSTER #2: "OF MOUSSE AND MEN"
The big guy's prodigious, protein-producin' pate gets pruned
as Buster drags the ol' Tugster to the mall for a much-needed trim. While
Tug's new "do" is under construction, Buster fears the worst,
as Stinkfinger and Genital Ben offer no support
whatsoever. Also: more Victim Victoria, a Radical Dreamer
preview, and a special wraparound Naked Lady Cover!
TUG & BUSTER #3: "SOIRÉE,
WRONG NUMBER"
Surprise! It's Tug's birthday, and you're invited to Buster's
big basement bash! See Tug's long lost relative (the source of a "great"
running gag)! See a girl come out of a cake (or vice
versa)! See grown men act like children! But will the dreaded "Bad
Boys" crash the party, bringing bloodshed and loss of life? More importantly,
will they bring more ice? [WARNING: Contains some really bad piñata
jokes and gratuitous farting.]
TUG & BUSTER #4: "WOMB WITH A VIEW"
He's snotty, sarcastic, and acerbic...and so smart that he even
knows what "acerbic" means. It's an adventure waiting to happen,
as this issue devotes itself to that sulking slacker they call Stinkfinger!
Barricaded inside his austerely-decorated apartment--safe with his books
and View-Master reels--he curses at noisy neighbors and even answers the
door once (to his regret). Climaxes in a weird, wacky, and cathartic dream
sequence that features...The Hat Club for Men!
TUG & BUSTER #5: "THE SOUND OF MUCUS"
Is Tug really dead?? Well, Buster thinks he is--and
that's when the fun begins! Will Buster be a man and go it alone--or will
he do something really stupid? (Uh...lemme guess...)
And just what does Mom plan on doing with that jar of Vick's Vaporub? Features
sharp objects, explosions, personal revelations, an exciting climax, and
a happy ending!
TUG & BUSTER #6: "FEAST DON'T FAIL
ME NOW!"
Art & Soul puts the "men" back in "menu"
as Buster, Stinkfinger, and Ben head out for a
bite to eat. But why is Buster's mom keeping the ol' Tugster at home? What
exactly is the "Chef's Surprise"?? And what dark, sordid
thoughts are keeping Stinkfinger from digesting his food properly??? Includes
balloon animals, gratuitous eating, ham-to-ham combat, and a Woody Guthrie
joke.
TUG
& BUSTER #7: "TOUGH LOVE"
Buster discovers that it takes a real man to admit he's a
wuss--as our petite protagonist goes over the deep end and questions his
very virility! (Could he be a...LESBIAN?) Meanwhile, as he puts
his manhood to the test, Buster's traumatic inner
crisis is compounded by the surprise visitation of the mysterious, mountainous
"Aunt Bob"!
TUG
& BUSTER #1 (Image Comics): "NOW
MUSEUM, NOW YOU DON'T!"
In this Image Comics debut, Stinkfinger gets fed up with our dimwitted
duo and drags them to the local art museum for a man-sized dose of culture.
See Genital Ben search for an "opening"! Hear Buster mispronounce
"Pissarro"! Will these goofballs get their artistic license revoked?
